The USALSA Committee is compiled of current law students at the University of South Australia who each year are elected for their positions by their peers.

USALSA First Year Representative Applications NOW OPEN!



An exciting opportunity has opened for first year law students studying at UniSA, to join USALSA. This position will allow you to be the 'voice' of the first year cohort and really enhance the university experience of the cohort.

The First Year Representative is a unique position on the USALSA committee which is specifically reserved for a first-year student. In this position the elected representative will essentially be the ‘voice’ of the first-year cohort, by addressing any concerns or ideas which are relevant to enhance the cohort’s university experience.

This position also offers a range of benefits to the elected individual which includes great leadership experience to put on your CV, valuable networking opportunities and being able to engage in an experience which is rewarding and meaningful.

Your appointment will begin immediately once you receive confirmation that you have been successful, and will end in approximately November at the next Annual General Meeting.

Requirements:

- A statement of approximately 300 words about why you want to be First Year Representative.

- Successful applicants will be asked to attend an interview with members of the USALSA team.
