UniSA Law Students’ Association hosts a range of legal competitions aimed at providing law students with opportunities to develop better advocacy, research, writing and soft skills. These competitions are principally designed to emulate real legal situations. This helps you develop confidence and experience in a positive learning environment, and complements your study and eventually your practical legal skills.

Competitions are conducted in two rounds – a preliminary round and a grand final. Competitions usually run between weeks 3-4 with a grand final finish held in the mid-semester break. Registration will open at the start of each study period and will close before the release of the competition question.

Whether a new student or a seasoned third year, take a look at upcoming competitions and have a go! Competitions are fun and look fantastic on CV’s. Competitions also provide an opportunity for students to meet South Australia's leading legal professionals, who often judge grand finals.

Dates and details of competitions will be made available soon.
